"Financing of Environmental Protection Measures" Campaign

Approximately 220 thousand rubles have been allocated for environmental protection and nature management activities in the Gluboksky district for 2026.

In accordance with the State Program "Ecology", funded by the state budget, activities in the following areas will be carried out in 2026:

- Protection, conservation, regeneration, and rational use of plant resources, and landscaping (funded by compensation payments made by district organizations for the removal of plant resources);

- Implementation of measures for the rational (sustainable) use of natural resources and environmental protection, specifically the plugging of unused abandoned water intake wells that pose a potential threat of groundwater contamination;

- Protection and rational use of plant resources (control of invasive plant species such as Sosnowsky's hogweed and Canadian goldenrod);

- Management of activities related to the use of natural resources (support for the state environmental protection institution "Golubovsky Sad", production of information signs and promotional materials about specially protected natural areas, development and maintenance of informational websites).
