Free notary consultations dedicated to the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus

On February 23, 2026, as part of a regional event dedicated to the Defender of the Fatherland and Armed Forces Day of the Republic of Belarus, notaries of the Vitebsk Notary District will provide free consultations to citizens on issues related to notarization.

Throughout the day, all interested parties can contact any notary office or notary bureau in the Vitebsk region and receive a notary's consultation on matters of inheritance, wills, property division, prenuptial agreements, real estate gift agreements, executive inscriptions, and other issues within the notary's competence. Please note that free legal assistance can be obtained through personal visits to a notary, by phone to notary offices and notary bureaus, as well as remotely using video communication (messengers).

Holding such events dedicated to state holidays and other memorable dates has become a tradition for the notary community of Belarus. The purpose of these events is, first and foremost, to ensure the protection of citizens' rights and legitimate interests, and to raise the level of legal awareness, legal culture, and literacy of the population.
