Free notary consultations

On May 30, 2025, as part of a regional campaign dedicated to the International Children's Day, notaries of the Vitebsk Notary District will provide free consultations to citizens on issues related to notarial acts.

Throughout the day, anyone interested can personally visit any notary office or notary bureau in the Vitebsk region and receive a notary's consultation on matters of marital and family relations, including the certification of agreements concerning children, agreements on payment of alimony, the processing of inheritance rights, the drafting and certification of wills, powers of attorney, consents, marriage contracts, and other issues within the notary's competence.
