Free consultations with notaries, timed to coincide with the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus

On March 13, 2026, as part of the republican campaign dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus, notaries of the Vitebsk Notary District will provide free consultations to citizens on issues related to performing notarial acts.

On March 13, 2026, as part of the republican campaign dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus, notaries of the Vitebsk Notary District will provide free consultations to citizens on issues related to performing notarial acts.
Throughout the day, all interested individuals can personally visit any notary office in the Vitebsk region and receive a notary's consultation on matters concerning the processing of inheritance, wills, property division, marriage contracts, donation agreements for real estate, submission of electronic documents for state registration of legal entities or individual entrepreneurs, or amendments to the charter (founding agreement) by a notary, securing written evidence, and other legal issues related to notarial activities.
