A safe way to school.

At the beginning of the new academic quarter, the State Automobile Inspectorate has intensified control over children's safety.

With the start of the new academic quarter, employees of the State Automobile Inspectorate in the region are conducting the preventive campaign "Safe Route to School" from January 8 to 9.

Its main goal is to ensure the safety of children on the roads and to form in schoolchildren the skills of safe behavior near the roadway.

As part of the campaign, law enforcement officers, together with teachers and parents:

conduct classes and discussions with students on traffic rules;

organize practical training on the safe route "home - school - home";

patrol near educational institutions with heavy traffic;

conduct raids to stop violations of the rules for transporting children in cars.

The State Traffic Inspectorate urges all road users to be especially attentive near schools and kindergartens, to observe speed limits and the rules for passing pedestrian crossings.
