Be vigilant! Do not fall for the tricks of scammers

Scammers are impersonating the messenger's support service on Telegram.

Users receive seemingly "official" notifications asking to confirm login to their account or undergo additional security checks. Visually, everything looks plausible: logos, design, even polite text.

The main trick is a fake link. If you click on it, a fraudulent authorization form opens. If you enter a code, you immediately share access to your account with the attackers. After that, they can log into Telegram on your behalf, steal data, or send spam from your account.

It is important to remember: the official Telegram support service never contacts you first and does not request confirmation codes in private messages. Any attempts to "restore access" via a link, if you did not initiate the login, are almost certainly a scam. It is better to report and block immediately.

Check if you have two-factor authentication enabled and do not click on suspicious messages, even from "acquaintances."
