Deputy Anatoly Sivko held a reception for citizens in Glubokoye and visited the Glubokoye bakery

One of the applicants was a resident of the town of Glubokoye who encountered difficulties when trying to commission his own residential house. A few years ago, the citizen purchased a land plot with unfinished construction. After completing the construction, he faced an unexpected problem – it turned out that the previous owner had laid the foundation of the future house not on his own plot.

– Initially, the previous owner built the house not on his land plot, – the man explained. – At that time, the boundaries of the plots were determined visually, and an error occurred. Now my plot turned out to be the place where the neighbor's house stands, and the neighbor's plot is my plot. BTI specialists and lawyers present at the reception confirmed the possibility of re-registering the land plots, but another problem arose – the neighbor, whose property turned out to be on the applicant's plot, refused to undergo the re-registration procedure due to fears of losing the land. The deputy proposed to resolve the issue through constructive dialogue with the neighbor, convincingly explaining the safety of the procedure and providing official guarantees.

– I am ready to pay all expenses related to re-registration, – the applicant emphasized. Anatoly Sivko expressed confidence that with a competent approach, it will be possible to find a solution and remove the issue from the agenda.

The second applicant, a resident of the village of Derkovshchina, asked the deputy to assist in connecting apartment buildings in the village to electric heating. The woman said that specialists from Glubokoye power grids stated that it would be impossible to replace power transmission lines (PTL) at the expense of the budget until 2040. The alternative proposal is to connect to electric heating by 2027, provided that residents pay 30% of the cost of the work. However, it turned out that the situation was different. The Chairperson of the Glubokoye District Council of Deputies, Vera Telitsa, along with specialists from the district executive committee, had already met with the villagers in 2024. At that time, it was decided that replacing the PTL prematurely was inexpedient, as the equipment depreciation period had not yet expired. The residents voted for connection to gas heating, which is planned to be implemented by 2029.

"Only a few months have passed, and your preferences have changed?" the deputy inquired. He reminded that based on the voting results, the village was included in the state program for gasification of settlements.

It was decided to re-discuss the choice of heating type with the residents to reach a final decision.

Issues of acquiring a residential building on the balance sheet of a liquidated agricultural organization and public transport services between the village of Shunevtsy and the city were also considered. Positive decisions were made on all appeals in the interests of the citizens.

The reception showed that the district, regional, and national deputy corps continue to actively work on solving the problems of the population, striving to find optimal ways of interaction with citizens and state structures.

Anatoly Sivko, Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, held a working meeting at the Glubokoye Bakery. During the visit, he familiarized himself with the production process and discussed the development of the enterprise with its director, Valery Giro.

The meeting participants visited the workshops where various types of bread and bakery products are produced. Then they moved to the confectionery shop, where gingerbread, muffins, sponge cakes, pastries, flour confectionery, and cakes are made.

The deputy took a particular interest in the issue of retaining young specialists at the plant. He inquired about the working conditions and the possibilities of providing housing for employees.

Anatoly Sivko also inquired about the sales markets for the bakery's products and the challenges associated with product sales. The plant director provided a detailed account of the difficulties encountered in promoting the products and the measures being taken by the management to address these issues.

Competition in the bakery products market was a significant topic of discussion. Valery Giro shared the enterprise's strategy for maintaining its market position among competitors and the production features that ensure high product quality.

In conclusion, Anatoly Sivko expressed his satisfaction with what he had seen and pledged to provide support to the plant in resolving pressing issues.

“We see how important it is to support such enterprises,” the deputy said. “This is not only about jobs but also about the stability of the region’s economy.”

The plant director, in turn, thanked the guest for his attention and interest in the enterprise's development.

“Your involvement and support are extremely important to us,” noted Valery Giro. “Together, we can do even more for the prosperity of our plant and our city.”
