I sincerely congratulate you on the New Year 2025 and the bright Nativity of Christ!

The outgoing year will be remembered by each of you for something special. It brought both joys and victories, as well as difficulties that provided invaluable experience and made you stronger and wiser. You continued to implement social programs, created new jobs, built houses, repaired roads, engaged in landscaping, and did everything to make our district more beautiful, prosperous, and interesting for tourists. Please accept my gratitude for your conscientious work, high professionalism, loyalty to traditions, and native land.

Dear compatriots, may the coming year open up new opportunities for you, and may your responsibility and diligence help you realize all your plans and make life even brighter and more interesting.
