House of Representatives member visited Gluboksky district: citizen reception, working meetings, and discussion of current issues

On September 25, Anatoly Sivko, a member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, had a busy working day in Gluboksky District. His visit included a personal reception of citizens, familiarization with the activities of key district services, and a meeting with representatives of local enterprises.

During the citizen reception, which was held with the participation of Petr Belus, Chairman of the Gluboksky District Executive Committee, issues of concern to the residents of the city and district were raised. Among them were the connection of electric heating in residential buildings in the village of Derkovshchina, the appearance of foxes within the city limits attacking domestic poultry, the organization of suburban bus traffic in the areas of the villages of Mnyuto and Ozery, and the operation of the outpatient clinic in the village of Mnyuto.

Anatoly Sivko also visited the Gluboksky Inter-district Department of Compulsory Enforcement. Lilia Tsyrban, the head of the department, provided the deputy with information on current activities, main directions, and work results. During the visit, attention was paid to the working conditions of employees and the organization of the work process, as well as issues of the department's interaction with citizens and problem-solving in the field of compulsory enforcement.

A meeting with personnel was held at the Gluboksky Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Security Department. As part of the Unified Information Day, Anatoly Sivko held a discussion on the significance of the Day of National Unity, which was celebrated on September 17.

At the Gluboksky Dairy and Canning Plant, the House of Representatives member discussed issues related to export supplies of powdered milk and other products of the enterprise with General Director Valery Dulinsky.

Anatoly Sivko's working day concluded with a meeting with the management of the Gluboksky branch of RUP "Vitebsk Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre."

The Head of the "Register" Department, Oksana Zakharchyonok, informed the deputy about the work of the recently adopted by the Parliament amendments to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On State Registration of Immovable Property, Rights to It and Transactions Therewith". Special attention was paid to the new mechanisms of interaction with notaries and the principle of extraterritoriality of state registration, which, according to Oksana Zakharchyonok, have been functioning successfully since their introduction.
