Unified Information Day in the team of LLC "Fishman Power"

As part of the Unified Information Day, a meeting was held between the staff of Fishman Power LLC and Alexander Khizhnyak, Director of RUP "BELNIIGRADOSTROITELSTVO", Chairman of the Republican Party of Labor and Justice, as well as Petr Belus, Chairman of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee.

The meeting discussed key aspects of the Address of the President of Belarus A.G. Lukashenko, including the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in district centers.

Alexander Khizhnyak noted that state policy is aimed at meeting the basic needs of people: education, healthcare, and social guarantees.

Issues of social life and infrastructure were discussed: accessibility of medical services and organization of leisure activities for the residents of Podsvilye. Petr Belus announced plans to create an inter-district medical center at the district hospital with equipment for treating cardiovascular diseases.

The meeting was an important step in the dialogue between the authorities and the labor collective, aimed at improving living and working conditions in small settlements.

Upon completion of the meeting, the director of Fishman Power enterprise, Alexander Tsiporin, conducted an introductory tour for Alexander Khizhnyak and Petr Belus.

During the visit, the guests thoroughly examined the production processes, which allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of the enterprise's operational specifics and assess its actual development prospects.

In addition to familiarizing themselves with production, the participants discussed a number of important socio-labor issues: ensuring labor guarantees for employees and the wage level at the enterprise.

Thus, the visit combined both a production tour and a substantive discussion of key social aspects of the enterprise's activities.
