State registration of business entities is carried out at the location of the legal entity and at the place of residence of the individual entrepreneur.
State registration of business entities of the Gluboksky district, with the exception of commercial organizations with the participation of foreign and international organizations, is carried out by the Gluboksky District Executive Committee on a declarative basis on the day of submission of documents necessary for its implementation.
State registration of commercial organizations with the participation of foreign and international organizations is carried out by the Main Department of Justice of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

In connection with the entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 22, 2024 No. 365-Z "On Amendments to Laws on Entrepreneurial Activities", from October 1, 2024, the state registration of an individual entrepreneur shall not be carried out if the application for state registration specifies a type of activity not included in the list of types of activities permitted for carrying out as an individual entrepreneur, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2024 No. 457.
Individuals registered as individual entrepreneurs before October 1, 2024, are entitled to continue carrying out types of activities not included in the specified list until December 31, 2025, or to establish a commercial organization and cease the activity of an individual entrepreneur.

State registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the Glubokoe District Executive Committee is carried out by the Economics Department at the address: Glubokoe, Lenina St., Bldg. 42, rooms 51, 53.
