From January 1, 2023, the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2022 No. 213-Z "On Licensing" (hereinafter referred to as the Law) came into force.

After the Law comes into force, there will be a transition to a registry principle for confirming rights, in connection with which the legal essence of the concept of "license" will change: the license will cease to be a permit document for the right to carry out licensed activities, and will become such a right itself. To confirm it, it will be sufficient to check the data of the Unified Register of Licenses (by means of an electronic request or visual familiarization with the corresponding screen form). At the same time, the need to obtain a license as a document will be completely eliminated. In this regard, the significance of the reliability of information in the State Information System "Unified Register of Licenses" (hereinafter referred to as GIS ERL) increases many times.

To do this, you need to use free access to the system by following the link license.gov.by. Then, through the search engine, find the specific license and be sure to print it, after which carefully study the information contained in the paper copy of the license for its compliance with the information contained in the corresponding special permit (license) made on a strict reporting form.

If the information contained in the license is unreliable, in order to update it by correction, you should inform the Glubokoe District Executive Committee.
