Voter turnout in the president election in Belarus was 86.75%, BelTA learned from the website of the Central Election Commission of Belarus.
Vitebsk Oblast was the leader in terms of voter turnout (91%), with the voter turnout at its lowest in the city of Minsk (73.33%).
