First Deputy Head of the Vitebsk Regional Emergency Situations Department, Lieutenant Colonel of the Internal Service Andrey Gavrilenko, took part in a service meeting of the Glubokoe District Emergency Situations Department, during which the results of the service activities of Glubokoe rescuers in 2025 were summarized and tasks for the current year were outlined.

The service meeting was opened by the Head of the Glubokoe District Emergency Situations Department, Alexey Kisel, who outlined the key issues on the agenda. He then presented the operational situation in the region, highlighted several problematic aspects, and emphasized the importance of improving current activities.

Deputy heads of the department also made reports on their areas of work. First Deputy Leonid Rediko presented a report on the activities of the operational-tactical unit.

Deputy Head of the Department Oleg Solodky paid close attention to personnel policy and the issue of candidate selection for service. The ideological component was also not overlooked, and the topic concerning discipline was discussed.

"Vocational guidance work with candidates should start from school. It is important to involve young people in service by personal example," emphasized Andrey Gavrilenko.

In continuation of the work carried out to prevent fires and deaths from them, the inspector of the supervision and prevention sector, Volkov Vladislav, reported.

Andrey Gavrilenko assessed the department's ongoing work and outlined priority tasks for the upcoming period. He drew attention to the strict observance of labor discipline, the need to improve the professional level of employees, and the elimination of all remarks and shortcomings.
