Vladimir Yurgevich visited the Glubokoye district on a working visit

A direct telephone line with the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Belarus – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region, Vladimir Yurgevich, was held at the administrative building of the Gluboksky District Executive Committee.

Residents of the city of Glubokoye and Gluboksky District had the opportunity to directly address and discuss pressing issues.

During the direct line, which was also attended by the Chairman of the Gluboksky District Executive Committee, Petr Belus, three citizens' appeals were considered.

The first issue concerned the situation with the construction of an extension to a semi-detached residential building. The problem arose because one of the owners began construction work without the consent of the neighbor, which led to contentious points.

The second call was related to the calculations of the mixed feed plant with a local farmer for the grain supplied to the enterprise.

The third issue concerned the organization of public transport services to the village of Ives.

Then, a reception of citizens was held by the Assistant to the President – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region, Vladimir Yurgevich.

During the meeting, appeals from three residents of the district were considered. The main issues concerned the valuation of a residential house for subsequent redemption, obtaining rental housing, as well as the work of the general practitioner's office located on September 17 Square. In addition, the issue of catching wild animals was raised.

Petr Belus and relevant specialists from district departments and services took part in the discussion of the issues.

Vladimir Yurgevich emphasized the importance of such meetings, noting that they allow not only for the prompt resolution of specific citizen problems but also for obtaining valuable feedback on the work of local authorities.

According to Vladimir Iosifovich, such receptions contribute to increasing management efficiency and strengthening trust between the population and state structures.

As part of his working visit to the Glubokoye district, the President's Aide familiarized himself with the progress of repair work in the general practitioner's office located in Glubokoye on September 17 Square.

Active transformations have been underway in the building since June of this year. Vyacheslav Sabynich, Deputy Chief Physician of the Glubokoye Central Regional Hospital, reported on the work done: floor installation, heating system, and others have already been completed. Currently, specialists are engaged in implementing an electronic database, which will significantly optimize the department's operation.

Vladimir Yurgevich was particularly interested in the timeline for the complete completion of repairs and the opening of the department for patient reception, as well as the list of works yet to be done.

The information obtained will allow for an assessment of the current state of affairs and planning of further steps for the prompt commissioning of the facility.

As part of the Unified Information Day, the President's Aide met with the work collective of the Glubokoye Housing and Communal Services.

The main topic of discussion was "The Role of Family Values in Modern Society." Issues of strengthening the institution of the family, raising children in the spirit of patriotism and respect for traditions, as well as the importance of preserving moral foundations in the modern world were discussed. Vladimir Yurgevich emphasized that a strong family is the foundation of a stable and prosperous society.

The meeting within the framework of the information day provided the employees of the Housing and Communal Services with a unique opportunity to directly ask relevant questions to the President's Aide of the Republic of Belarus – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region, Vladimir Yurgevich, and receive comprehensive answers.

During the constructive dialogue, special attention was paid to important topics.

One of them is family values in modern Belarusian society. Vladimir Iosifovich shared his vision of an ideal family, emphasizing the significance of traditional values and their role in strengthening statehood.

The second key topic was the quality of housing and communal services in the region's districts. The President's Aide provided a comprehensive assessment of the current situation in the housing and communal services sector and spoke about plans for the development of the region's communal economy.

The meeting was held in an open dialogue format, which allowed participants to receive comprehensive information on the issues of interest to them and to better understand the development vector of the region's housing and communal services.

Next, Vladimir Yurgevich and Petr Belus familiarized themselves with the operations of Fishmen Power LLC, a fish processing enterprise.

Director Alexander Tziporin explained that the enterprise sources raw materials from Baltic countries. Here, the fish is sorted and smoked. Subsequently, the by-product is sent for canning to Russia, where it becomes the basis for sprats in oil.

During the visit, the participants inspected the production workshops and the enterprise's territory. Special attention was paid to development prospects. Alexander Tziporin shared his plans: in the near future, the opening of a new fish canning workshop is planned, which will be capable of producing up to 4 million cans of products per month.

Petr Belus emphasized the significance of Fishmen Power LLC for the district's economy, noting that the enterprise is included in the list of priority investment projects "Regional Initiative" and in the Program for Socio-Economic Development of Gluboksky District for 2026-2030.
