The Glubokoe District Department for Emergency Situations invites rescuers-firefighters and fire truck drivers to contract service in the region's emergency response units.

Service conditions and social guarantees:

· Shift work schedule, 24 hours on, 48 hours off

· Retirement upon reaching the age of 48, as well as the right to a pension with 20 years of service

· Opportunity to work in other organizations concurrently and perform other paid work not related to the performance of official duties and entrepreneurial activities

· Provision of uniform

· Annual paid leave of 30-45 calendar days, depending on length of service

· Compensation for housing rental expenses (for non-residents)

· Opportunity for further education in higher education institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (including master's and postgraduate programs)

· Possibility of preferential loans for housing purchase or construction (in accordance with current legislation)

· Opportunity for health and sanatorium-resort treatment for the employee and their minor children

Recruitment into the bodies and units for emergency situations is described in the Regulations on Service in the Bodies and Units for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 2013 No. 22.

In accordance with paragraph 11 of the Regulations, adult citizens who are capable, by their personal, moral, and business qualities, health status, and level of basic education, of performing the tasks assigned to the bodies and units for emergency situations are accepted for contract service on a voluntary basis.

Citizens, as a rule, not older than 28 years of age are accepted for positions of enlisted and commanding (junior, middle, and senior) staff. Citizens older than 28 years of age may be accepted for the specified positions if, by the day they reach the age limit for service (48 years), they will be eligible for a length-of-service pension (20 years or more of service).
