In the conditions of changeable autumn weather, the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Glubokoye District calls for increased attention on the roads and for timely seasonal tire changes. Winter tires significantly improve vehicle handling. It is recommended to change them when the air temperature stops rising above plus 7 degrees Celsius.

Winter tires significantly improve vehicle handling. It is recommended to change them when the air temperature stops rising above plus 7 degrees Celsius.

Dear drivers! According to clause 207.1 of the Traffic Regulations of the Republic of Belarus, when participating in road traffic from December 1 to March 1, vehicles with a technically permissible mass of up to 3.5 tons inclusive, passenger cars and light trucks with a technically permissible total mass of over 3.5 tons, and buses with a technically permissible total mass of up to 5 tons must be equipped with winter tires. The tire must be marked with one of the abbreviations: "M+S", "M & S", "M S", "M.S", a three-peak mountain snowflake symbol, or "All Seasons". The remaining tread depth must be at least 4 mm.
