improvement of the architectural appearance and landscaping of territories adjacent to organizations.

3. Organizers and participants of the competition

The organizer of the competition is the district executive committee.

Overall coordination and management of the competition are carried out by: the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the district executive committee, the Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the district executive committee. 

The organization of work to fulfill the main tasks of the competition is carried out by the heads of enterprises, organizations, and institutions of the Gluboksky district.

Enterprises, organizations, and institutions carrying out their activities in the territory of the Glubokoe district, regardless of ownership, individual entrepreneurs, as well as all interested residents of the Glubokoe district, are participating in the competition. Applications for participation in the competition, indicating the participant's surname, name, patronymic, name of the enterprise, organization or institution, address, contact phone number and nomination, as well as video and photos from different angles, should be sent by December 15, 2025 to the following email addresses: oir-glubokoe@vitebsk.by (Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the District Executive Committee);  glubokoe@vitebsk.by (Editorial office of the district newspaper "Vesnik Glybochchyny")

4. Procedure and conditions for holding the competition

The competition is held in the following nominations:

"Best New Year's Decoration of a Social Sphere Institution";

"Best New Year's Decoration of an Industrial Enterprise and Adjacent Territory";

"Best New Year's Decoration of Trade and Catering Facilities, Banks, Belgosstrakh";

 "Best New Year's Decoration of Housing and Communal Services, Transport, Construction";

"Best New Year's Decoration of a Private Household";

"Best New Year's Decoration of a Rural Settlement".

The winners are determined based on the submitted photos and videos of the New Year's decoration.

 Visits to the competition participants' facilities according to the submitted applications may be carried out by members of the competition commission from December 20 to 26, 2025 (selectively).

5. Criteria for determining winners

The criteria for determining winners among the competition participants are:

Facade and entrance group decoration: presence of "Happy New Year" congratulatory messages in the form of text messages or light boxes; decoration with light figures and/or string lights, as well as spruce branch garlands;

Decoration of the adjacent territory: use of volumetric sculptures made using various technologies; installation of live and artificial Christmas trees; decoration of trees located in the adjacent territory with light netting, string lights, or ornaments;

Creativity and novelty;

A unified New Year's decoration theme.

In case the competition participants have a common entrance, the decoration of the entrance group, facade, and/or adjacent territory shall be carried out according to a jointly agreed project.

6. Competition Commission

The competition results shall be summarized by the competition commission.

Tsygankova T.O. – Head of the Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the District Executive Committee (Secretary of the Commission)

7. Procedure for Summarizing the Competition Results

Based on the review of the submitted video and photo materials and visual inspection, the competition commission shall fill out an evaluation sheet (as per the appendix) and make a decision on determining the competition winners.

The competition results will be covered in the mass media.

Winners who take prize-winning places will be awarded diplomas.
