Information on the procedure for exchange and use of privatization vouchers "Imushchestvo"

By Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated May 30, 2025, No. 298, the period for the circulation of privatization vouchers "Imushchestvo" has been extended until December 31, 2030.

Currently, shares of more than 150 open joint-stock companies operating in various sectors of production and services are offered for exchange for "Imushchestvo" vouchers.

Citizens of the Republic of Belarus can find information on the list of open joint-stock companies whose shares are exchanged for privatization vouchers "Imushchestvo" at JSC "ASB Belarusbank", the remaining limits for accepting "Imushchestvo" vouchers, as well as the cost of shares in "Imushchestvo" vouchers on the website of JSC "ASB Belarusbank" (website belarusbank.by, section "For Individuals" / "Securities" / "Exchange of Imushchestvo Vouchers").

If necessary, information about the branches of JSC "ASB Belarusbank" that perform operations for the exchange of "Imushchestvo" vouchers for enterprise shares can be found on the bank's website.

To carry out the exchange procedure, you must contact a branch of JSC "ASB Belarusbank" that performs operations with "Imushchestvo" vouchers, with an identity document and a certificate of "Imushchestvo" vouchers.

In case of loss or disappearance of the certificate, you must contact the branch of JSC "ASB Belarusbank" at your place of residence, where a duplicate certificate will be issued on a paid basis.

By purchasing shares, a citizen becomes a shareholder and, in accordance with the legislation, has the right to participate in the management of the company, receive information about the enterprise's activities, as well as sell, gift, and inherit shares. Dividends may be paid based on the economic results of the enterprise's activities.
