The Prosecutor's Office of the Glubokoe district supported the state prosecution against a 19-year-old citizen L., who is accused of property damage in other public places in the absence of signs of a more serious crime.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Glubokoe district supported the state prosecution against a 19-year-old citizen L., who is accused of property damage in other public places in the absence of signs of a more serious crime.

According to the case materials, L., while intoxicated in May 2021, at night, in the city of Glubokoe, applied inscriptions with paint to the walls of an unused building, a public transport stop, and a residential building. The motive for this act was to demonstrate disrespect for society and other people's property.

L. admitted guilt in the committed crime and fully compensated for the damage caused.

Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor regarding citizen L., the court rendered a guilty verdict under Article 341 of the Criminal Code, and he was subjected to a penalty in the form of a fine amounting to 45 base units, which is 1,305 rubles.

The sentence has entered into legal force.
