Beat elderly father on Father's Day

The Prosecutor's Office of the Glubokoye District supported the state prosecution against a 41-year-old resident of the district under Article 153 of the Criminal Code, who was charged with intentional infliction of minor bodily harm.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Glubokoye District supported the state prosecution against a 41-year-old resident of the district under Article 153 of the Criminal Code, who was charged with intentional infliction of minor bodily harm.

According to the case materials, on October 21, 2023, after drinking alcohol together to celebrate Father's Day, a verbal conflict arose between the accused and his elderly father. As a result of this conflict, the son inflicted at least five blows with his fist to the head of the victim.

As a result of these actions, the victim sustained minor bodily harm.

K. fully admitted guilt in the committed crime.

Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, the court rendered a guilty verdict against citizen K. under Article 153 of the Criminal Code, and he was sentenced to 200 hours of community service.

The verdict has entered into legal force.
