We congratulate you on the most important state holiday – Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus!

Today, the Constitution is the foundation of the national legal system, a reliable basis for Belarusian statehood, and a strategic vector for the progressive development of our country.

The Belarusian Constitution guarantees every citizen the freedoms and rights necessary for creative work, a decent life, and the harmonious all-round development of the individual.

It is important that the Basic Law of the Republic of Belarus is focused on the historical experience and wisdom of previous generations, ensures the legal, political, and ideological features of the state and society, and clearly defines the priorities of national development.

We are confident that the wisdom and justice enshrined in the lines of the Constitution will be a reliable support in our joint endeavors.
