Please accept sincere congratulations from the district administration on another anniversary of the October Revolution.

Our country is one of the few that preserves this tradition. This momentous event marked the beginning of the construction of a new society based on the principles of social equality, solidarity, and respect for working people.

On this day, we pay tribute to the generations who created our state, strengthened it with their labor, and defended it in times of hardship, and we thank everyone who today makes a significant contribution to strengthening the economic and cultural potential of the country.
