Despite the efforts of internal affairs bodies to improve the level of public safety from road traffic injuries, the situation on the region's roads remains complex.

The main causes of fatalities are head-on collisions of vehicles, which are causally linked to violations of speed limits and overtaking rules.

In order to prevent road traffic accidents and eliminate negative trends in the road traffic situation, preventive road patrols aimed at preventing and suppressing violations of speed limits and overtaking rules will be conducted from December 2 to December 5, 2022.

During the complex of measures, covert and mixed control will be used, organized simultaneously with the use of vehicles without special graphic coloring.
