In most cases, emergencies occur during alcohol consumption, swimming while intoxicated, and swimming in prohibited areas without rescue stations. Alcohol consumption and recreation near water often lead to fatalities. Last year, the opening of the swimming season was not successful for everyone:

On June 19, 2021, a group of three guys and one girl celebrated a birthday on the shore of an artificial reservoir in the Gluboksky district, where they consumed alcohol. After some time, a 24-year-old young man went swimming, dived, and disappeared from view. His friends tried to save the guy, but they pulled his body out of the water lifeless.

Important! An intoxicated person is unable to adequately assess the situation and may commit actions they would never commit while sober!

It is forbidden:

to swim in reservoirs while intoxicated. Alcohol further dilates blood vessels, and after immersion in cold water, a sharp spasm occurs. In open water, this can cost a life.
