During his visit to China to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko brought Belarusian potatoes and rapeseed oil as gifts for the leaders of the association. Details were reported on the air of the Belarus 1 television channel, according to BELTA.
Journalists were able to examine the "secret cargo" of the Belarusian board number one during the welcoming ceremony for Alexander Lukashenko at Tianjin Airport.
"As promised, Alexander Lukashenko brought gifts for his colleagues-leaders of the Shanghai association. 'Piershacviet' and 'Briz' turned out to be the varieties of gift potatoes. The gifts also included highly beneficial rapeseed oil," the television broadcast noted.
