Agreements between districts of the Vitebsk region and subjects of the Russian Federation were signed at the Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia.
The Chairman of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee, Maxim Bakurov, and the head of the administration of the Ostrovsky District, Dmitry Bystrov, signed a cooperation agreement between the Glubokoye District Executive Committee (Republic of Belarus) and the administration of the Ostrovsky District of the Pskov Region (Russian Federation).
