Maxim Bakurov Held Personal Reception of Citizens: What Problems Are Residents of Glubokoye Bringing to the Head of the District

On June 10, Maxim Bakurov, Chairman of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee, held a personal reception of citizens, during which appeals requiring detailed study and a comprehensive approach were considered. Two people had appointments on this day.
The first issue concerned a difficult housing situation. The applicant lived in one of the apartments of a two-apartment residential building and had begun the process of privatizing her housing. However, over time, this part of the house became unfit for habitation, and the woman was offered to move into the second, vacant half of the same building. This decision, which seemed like a way out of the situation, led to legal difficulties: the privatization documents were issued for one part of the house, while actual residence was in the other. As a result, the woman was forced to temporarily move in with her daughter, finding herself in a suspended state.
Maxim Bakurov, after carefully listening to the problem, emphasized that a thorough on-site study of the situation is necessary to make a balanced decision. As a first step, it was proposed to send a special commission to the woman's address to assess the condition of both parts of the residential building.
– First of all, we need to objectively assess the conditions you are in, – noted Maxim Bakurov, addressing the applicant. – The commission will study the condition of the house, and after that, we will be able to determine the further course of action. It is important to find a legal and fair solution to your problem.
If the commission concludes that the living conditions are unsatisfactory, an alternative option will be considered: the termination of the current privatization agreement and assistance in finding other suitable housing.
The second appeal concerned a problem familiar to many residents of the private sector – the flooding of household plots during heavy rains. A resident of the town of Glubokoye said that her plot, located in a lowland, is regularly flooded. The situation is exacerbated by the adjacent ditch.
As it turned out, this issue was already under the control of the relevant services, and specialists were studying possible solutions. The head of the district acknowledged that the problem is not simple, as it is related to the specific features of the local terrain. Nevertheless, it will not be left unattended. One of the key areas of work will be to study the condition of the drainage ditch and search for ways to improve its capacity for effective stormwater drainage.
Following the citizen reception on both issues, appropriate instructions were given to the responsible services.
