The marathon "Glubochchyna: 85 Years of History and Achievements", dedicated to the anniversary of the Gluboksky district, continues

Another meeting of the marathon participants took place at the Podsvilskaya Secondary School named after P.M. Kozlov.

The event brought together heads of enterprises and organizations, deputies, and students of the school. Among the invited guests were Vera Telitsa, Chairperson of the Gluboksky District Council of Deputies, Valery Dailidenok, Prosecutor of the Gluboksky District, Tatyana Gavrilova, Head of the Education Department of the District Executive Committee, and Lyudmila Karnilovich, Head of the Ideological Work and Youth Affairs Department of the District Executive Committee.

– 85 years is a significant date for everyone who loves their small homeland, who has invested a part of their soul in the formation and development of our cozy and hospitable district. It has become so thanks to the conscientious work of its residents – hardworking, initiative, and talented people.

Our region has a worthy history, rich in good traditions and glorious deeds, – noted Vera Telitsa.

The participants of the marathon 'Glubochchina: 85 Years of History and Achievements' addressed the youth.

Valery Dailidenok, Prosecutor of the Gluboksky District:

– Many roads are open before you, but you must always remember your roots and pass this memory on to future generations.

Tatyana Gavrilova, Head of the Education Department of the Gluboksky District Executive Committee, Chairperson of the district organization of the public association 'Belaya Rus':

– Dear children, I congratulate you on this significant event – the 85th anniversary of the district. You are the future of our country, our region. Be brave, purposeful, hardworking, with an active civic position. Be worthy successors of the glorious traditions of the Podsvilsky region.

The meeting at the Podsvilskaya School also included an event to hand over an artistic element for the creation of a thematic panel 'My Favorite Corner of My District', dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the Gluboksky District.

Cultural workers of Glubochchina initiated the creation of the panel using patchwork quilting technique, and the handed-over element depicts the coat of arms of Podsvil.

– This panel will become a symbol of our love for our native land and its history, – emphasized Vera Mikhailovna Telitsa, Chairperson of the District Council of Deputies.
