Young Specialists – Personnel Resource of Enterprises in the City of Glubokoye
The assembly hall of the Glubokoye Bakery became a meeting place for young specialists from enterprises in our town with Deputy Chairpersons of the District Executive Committee Tatyana Tarasevich and Tatyana Konstantinova.
Communication with young workers took place in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Various issues were discussed during the open dialogue. They talked about simple, everyday matters: working conditions in work collectives, career growth prospects, hobbies, and organizing free time. Issues of retaining young specialists in their first jobs, providing housing, purchasing Belarusian-made goods through the OJSC "Belarusbank" loan "For Native Goods", etc., were actively discussed.
– The intensive development of modern production requires new forces, new approaches, ideas, and solutions. Therefore, today we are saying that the future of our town's enterprises lies precisely with young specialists and young workers, – Tatyana Konstantinova noted during the conversation.
– More than two dozen young specialists work at the town-forming enterprises of Glubokoye. Young people who are dedicated to their chosen profession, hardworking, goal-oriented, and ambitiously driven are valued in every team. It is pleasant to note that the majority of the participants in our meeting are from this category, – said Tatyana Tarasevich and invited the youth to participate more actively in the public life of the town and to boldly propose their creative ideas.
At the end of the meeting, the director of the Glubokoye Bakery, Valery Giro, and the technologist, Elena Guseva, gave the guests a tour of the factory museum "The Road of Bread".
