Glubokoye is
the second city in the Vitebsk region
where the joint project of the Ministry of Communications and Beltelecom
"My City" has been implemented.
The initiative was developed as part of the "Digital Development of Belarus" State Program and is aimed at improving the comfort and quality of life for citizens.
The "smart city" concept has become a trend in recent years. Smart technologies cover almost the entire urban environment: public administration, education, energy, healthcare, production, and services. The "My City" digital platform is designed to integrate the most in-demand city services into a single ecosystem and provide convenient access to them.
"My City" is a mobile application whose main function is the interactive interaction of users with the urban infrastructure.
The application has a user-friendly and intuitive interface. Information is structured by type of activity. You can select a section that presents all organizations in the region, or one of the 40 modules with the most popular areas: recreation and tourism, services, health and sports, education. Here you can also find the necessary phone numbers, addresses, and other reference information. The application features news, event listings, promotions, and discounts.
Citizens will be able to use the resource to make an appointment at the district executive committee, find out the operating hours of shops and cafes, call an emergency crew, and much more.
The application is constantly being improved and becoming more functional.
For Organizations
Each organization participating in the project gains the opportunity for more comfortable interaction with users through digital tools.
The application consists of a set of standard modules available for completion by all participants. In particular, the platform implements the following features:
