People – neighbors and passers-by – were crowding around the house at the specified address. They told us that there was likely a person inside, says Andrey Andrievsky. – There were no visible signs of fire from the outside – no flames, no heavy smoke. With colleagues Alexander Kozlov and Igor Zheltkevich, wearing self-contained breathing apparatus, we entered the house for reconnaissance. We searched the corridor, the kitchen, and found a man on the floor in the next room; he was unconscious. In the adjacent room, bedding was smoldering, and there was a lot of smoke. We carried the victim outside.

The victim was handed over to the ambulance crew and hospitalized in the district hospital.

The cause of the fire is being determined.
