CIS observers assessed the early voting process in the Glubokoye district

During their visit, they met with Vera Telitsa, Chairperson of the Glubokoye District Council of Deputies, and Tatyana Tarasevich, Deputy Chairperson of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee. They discussed issues of election organization, security, and the creation of comfortable conditions for voters. Additionally, the observers visited the district election commission and several precinct election commissions. Among them were precinct No. 3 on Lenin Street (building of the Glubokoye Center of Traditional Culture and Folk Art), precinct No. 5 on Polevaya Street (building of the Glubokoye Zonal Telecommunication Hub), and precinct No. 17 in the urban settlement of Podsvilye (building of the local culture center).

At each of these precincts, the observers noted the high organization of the voting process.

– The preparation of the polling stations is at a proper level, – noted Leonid Anfimov. – Voters are provided with convenient places for filling out ballots, and there are information stands with the necessary information. All participants in the process are working efficiently and in an organized manner.

Leonid Vasilyevich also drew attention to the activity of citizens participating in early voting:

– Interest in the elections is high; people are coming to the polling stations despite the fact that the main voting day is still ahead. This indicates high civic engagement of the population.

Summing up the day, Leonid Anfimov expressed satisfaction with the results of his work.

– We visited polling stations with the largest number of registered voters, and communicated with district administration representatives and commission members. The impressions are positive. Now we just have to wait for the main voting day, which promises to be an important event for the entire republic.
