Natalia Kochanova: the way people evaluate the work of the authorities largely depends on how the housing and communal services operate

The meeting of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee considered the progress of implementing the requirements of Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2019 No. 7 "On improving and developing the country's housing and communal services" in the Glubokoye district.

Among the topics discussed were the repair of housing stock in rural areas, centralized water supply, ensuring the population with quality drinking water, and separate waste collection.

Housing and communal services are an important area of activity in the life of any district, city, and our country as a whole. The way housing and communal services operate largely determines how people will assess the work of the authorities.

– Of the total number of appeals received by the Council of the Republic, the largest percentage concerns housing and communal services, – noted Natalya Kochanova.
