The meeting was attended by Vera Telitsa, Chairperson of the Glubokoe District Council of Deputies.

Vasily Zavadsky, Head of the Glubokoe District Emergency Situations Department, spoke about the problematic issues in the work of inspection commissions for the prevention of fires and deaths from them, noting that the preventive work carried out by the district's inspection commissions is important for preventing deaths from external causes. Thus, an analysis of the work of the inspection commissions revealed a number of problematic issues and shortcomings in the organization of their activities.

The commission also reviewed the facts of deaths in fires for the past period of 2024. The Chairperson of the district commission, Tatyana Leonidovna Tarasevich, heard reports from the chairpersons of the inspection commissions and the heads of prevention entities on the work done in each specific case.

During the meeting, the results of raid inspections of large families, families raising minors recognized as being in a socially dangerous situation, and individuals prone to alcohol abuse in the Glubokoe district were reviewed. The implementation of the protocols of the commission meetings on the prevention of deaths from external causes, including emergencies, at the Glubokoe District Executive Committee was discussed.

During the discussions, specific tasks and deadlines for their implementation were set.
