In the Glubokoe district, representatives of educational institutions, as well as employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, met at the "Safe Childhood" dialogue platform to summarize the results of the district stage of the "Safe Childhood" festival, and also to discuss issues related to the safety of the youngest residents – preschoolers.

The "Safe Childhood" festival is a festival that takes place in all corners of the country. Eleven educational institutions of the Glubokoe district took part in the district stage to compete for a winning place in 4 nominations: "Safety Corner" (mini-center), "Didactic Game", "Safety Alphabet", "Proud of What We Taught".

Bright! Interesting! Useful! – these are the main criteria by which the "Safe Childhood" festival is characterized by its participants.

"It is gratifying that a number of joint projects, competitions, and events are being implemented under the auspices of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus. And, of course, they are all interesting in their own way," notes the head of kindergarten No. 1 in Glubokoe, "Vishnevaya Skazka".

For three months, educational institutions prepared their creative competition entries to present them to the jury.

The culmination of the district stage of the festival was the "Safe Childhood" dialogue platform, which was attended by the head of the Glubokoe District Department for Emergency Situations, Vasily Zavadsky, and the head of the Education Department of the Glubokoe District Executive Committee, Tatyana Gavrilova.

The head of the Glubokoe District Department for Emergency Situations, Vasily Zavadsky, delivered a welcoming speech, noting: "I am pleased that we are carrying an important mission to society – we are promoting a culture of safety among the masses, teaching how to avoid disaster and protect..."

All participants were awarded diplomas, as well as commemorative gifts and souvenirs.

The winner of the district stage of the "Safe Childhood" festival was "Kindergarten No. 2 of Glubokoe", which will represent the district at the regional stage.

Also, at the dialogue platform, the main directions in the joint work of the department for emergency situations and the department for education were discussed, and situational tasks were solved. The focus was on ensuring fire safety, as well as the requirements for operating the fire alarm system in educational institutions.

The dialogue platform resulted in a number of joint planned events.
