Employees of the supervision and prevention sector of the Glubokoye District Department for Emergency Situations conducted preventive measures at the construction sites of the district: "Construction of a dairy-livestock farm near the agro-town of Mereckie, Glubokoye District", "Capital repair with modernization elements of the buildings of Fire and Rescue Unit No. 1 of the Glubokoye District Department for Emergency Situations at the address: Glubokoye, Moskovskaya St., 129a with landscaping (1st construction phase)", "Capital repair of the dispatch office building of the Fire Station, Glubokoye, Ya. Kolasa St., 22A, inv. No. 000483". An inspection of the construction site "Construction of a single-story box-type garage for 10 vehicles with a service block at the address: Vitebsk region, Glubokoye district, village Plisa, Gvardeyskaya St., 4" was carried out to ensure compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, including mandatory technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety system and standardization in the design of such facilities and the execution of construction and installation works.

During the measures, an assessment was made of compliance with fire safety requirements at the construction sites.

During the inspections, special attention was paid to the availability and operability of autonomous fire detectors, primary fire extinguishing means, heat-generating appliances and chimneys, and heat-retaining stoves.

EMERCOM employees paid attention to the operation of appliances in accordance with the requirements of the Instruction on requirements for the placement and operation of industrial (factory-made) heat-generating appliances and heating devices.

During the inspections of construction sites, attention was paid to the quality of training of construction organization employees in fire safety requirements, as well as the appointment of persons responsible for the operation of heat-generating appliances and employees operating them, and their training in fire-technical minimum programs.

Specially designated and equipped smoking areas were also not overlooked.

During the conversation with the builders, they discussed

prohibition of leaving heat-generating appliances unattended. Information and explanatory work was also carried out on the procedure for complying with the requirements of legislation in the field of fire safety.
