Notaries will provide free consultations

On September 17, 2025, as part of a republican campaign dedicated to the National Unity Day, notaries of the Vitebsk Notarial District will provide free consultations to citizens on issues related to performing notarial acts.

Throughout the day, anyone interested can personally visit any notary office or notary bureau in the Vitebsk region and receive a notary's consultation on matters of inheritance, wills, property division, prenuptial agreements, real estate donation agreements, making executive inscriptions, and other issues within the notary's competence.
