Railways are a continuously operating transport conveyor of the country, which is a zone of increased danger. These are not empty words and an attempt to intimidate anyone, but a real factor of reality. Incidents on railway transport can cause irreparable human losses. Even from an ordinary point of view, railway transport is at least high voltage and multi-ton machines that are not prone to instant stopping, a complex communication system. Incompetent intervention or outright sabotage carries mortal danger.
In the hope of someone's low level of intellectual development, instructions have already been posted on the internet on how to try to bypass security and signaling systems.
Criminal and administrative liability is provided for expressing unhealthy ambitions on railway transport.
Article 310 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus "Intentional blocking of transport communications".
Intentional blocking of transport communications by creating obstacles, setting up posts, or in any other way, resulting in damage on a particularly large scale, is punishable by a fine, or correctional labor for up to two years, or restriction of liberty for up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term.
The same act, which negligently caused death or grievous bodily harm or less grievous bodily harm, is punishable by arrest for up to six months, or restriction of liberty for up to five years, or imprisonment for a term of three to ten years.
Article 312 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus "Unauthorized unnecessary stopping of a train".
Unauthorized unnecessary stopping of a train, resulting in
causing death of a person by negligence, or infliction of grievous bodily harm or less grievous bodily harm, or damage in a particularly large amount – shall be punishable by correctional labor for up to two years, or arrest for up to six months, or imprisonment for up to seven years.
Throwing stones or other objects at passing trains, if any property is damaged, shall entail punishment under Article 339, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. In addition, according to the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus "On Judicial Practice in Criminal Cases of Hooliganism" – "Gross violation of public order may be expressed in the commission of actions that led to the disruption of a mass event, temporary cessation of normal operation of an institution, enterprise, public transport, etc., ..."

Intentional actions that grossly violate public order and express a clear disrespect for society, accompanied by the use of violence or threats of its use, or the destruction or damage of another's property, or distinguished by exceptional cynicism in their content (hooliganism) – shall be punishable by community service, or a fine, or correctional labor for up to two years, or arrest for up to six months, or imprisonment for up to three years.
Placing foreign objects (stones, sticks, etc.) on the rails, which may cause disruption of train traffic – shall entail a fine of 2 to 10 basic units (Article 18.2, Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus).
Damage to railway tracks, track facilities, structures, and signaling and communication devices (for example, if you broke the crossing signal) – shall entail a fine of 20 to 50 basic units (Article 18.2, Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus).
