In October of the current year, employees of the supervision and prevention sector of the Glubokoye District Department for Emergency Situations carried out a series of monitoring activities on fire safety conditions.

Planned monitoring was carried out at the following facilities: Educational Institution "Suklinsky Kindergarten of Glubokoye District", Educational Institution "Kindergarten No. 6 of Glubokoye town", Educational Institution "Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation of Glubokoye District", accommodation facilities and guest complex of Private Enterprise "Kamenetskaya N.A.", Educational Institution "Center for Children and Youth".

            During the monitoring, the state of fire safety was assessed, as well as the implementation of measures aimed at ensuring fire safety.

           When conducting monitoring of educational institutions, special attention was paid to issues of compliance with fire safety regulations, the condition of evacuation routes and exits, and the operability and functionality of fire extinguishing equipment and fire automation systems.

Based on the results of the monitoring, the most common violations in the field of fire safety at the organizations' facilities were identified:

- the operability and serviceability of fire protection equipment are not ensured in the buildings;

- the existing general fire safety instructions are not developed in accordance with the current requirements of EMERCOM Decree No. 82 dated December 21, 2021 "On Fire Safety";

- evacuation plans for people in case of fire are not developed in the form determined by the Ministry of Emergency Situations;

- employees are not trained according to fire-technical minimum programs, and employees are not trained in fire safety measures;

- the building is operated not in accordance with its design documentation.

During the monitoring, EMERCOM employees delivered presentations to work collectives on the topic of servicing automatic fire alarm and notification systems, as well as requirements for the technical maintenance and repair of fire automation systems.

Also, employees of the state fire supervision checked compliance with the requirements for products that are the subject of technical regulation TR EAEU 043/2017 "On requirements for means

for ensuring fire safety and firefighting" at the retail facility "M 3" Limited Liability Company "OptELOtorg", "Lux" Limited Liability Company "Market Product", "Avtolok" Individual Entrepreneur Tolkach Zhanna Nikolaevna, "Shate-M Plus" Private Unitary Enterprise for Services "IngvarkMotors", "AvtoOpt Auto Parts" Private Unitary Enterprise for Services "IngvarkMotors", "Begemot" Individual Entrepreneur Began Konstantin Nikolaevich, etc.

All the specified products, as well as the presented accompanying documents, comply with the requirements.

Employees of the Glubokoye Regional Department for Emergency Situations once again remind about the need to comply with fire safety requirements by all employees of enterprises and organizations. In case of detecting fires, it is necessary to notify people who may be in the danger zone, take measures to extinguish the fire, and report the fire to the rescue service.
