After all, farmers face the important task of timely harvesting, and representatives of the district emergency situations department must ensure its safety and prevent emergencies. Therefore, rescuers work hand in hand with representatives of the agricultural sector.

The main task set by the inspectors of the prevention and supervision department is to remind and check compliance with safety regulations. Therefore, rescuers conduct raid activities at locations for harvesting, storage, and processing of grain crops, as well as for the equipment involved in the harvest campaign.

- During the hot summer days, agricultural workers perform real feats in the fields to ensure the country's food security, and we, in turn, must ensure the safety of the harvest campaign, - emphasized Ruslan Ermakovich, Deputy Head of the Glubokoye District Department for Emergency Situations.

When visiting agricultural enterprises, members of the raid group pay special attention to the equipment of grain drying complexes, grain storage facilities, and the machinery involved with serviceable primary fire extinguishing means, as the work is aimed at preventing fire emergencies.

MES employees conduct not only supervisory and preventive measures but also hold discussions with workers involved in the harvest campaign regarding ensuring safe working conditions and actions in case of an emergency. They also checked the ability to use primary fire extinguishing means.

Rescuers noted the need for constant monitoring of the condition of equipment and urged workers to strictly adhere to safety measures during the harvesting of grain crops.
