The Deputy Head of the Glubokoye District Emergency Situations Department, Solodky Oleg Petrovich, began his speech by familiarizing the attendees with the operational situation and the main causes of fires and deaths in them, and addressed issues of preventing child injuries and deaths as a result of fires and emergencies, and children's mischief with fire.

Oleg Petrovich emphasized the requirements for holding mass events in educational institutions. Issues concerning the operation of school summer camps, actions in case of a fire, and the rules for using primary fire extinguishing means were also discussed.
