At the same time, the district prosecutor's office appeals to the residents of the region, primarily parents, with a request not to remain indifferent to the resolution of these issues, especially during the summer holidays.

The swimming season is ongoing, and therefore it is absolutely unacceptable to leave children unattended; it is necessary to ensure that children observe the rules of behavior on water.

It is necessary to know that on the territory of the Gluboksky district, swimming is prohibited in bodies of water located within the city of Glubokoye, in ponds, backwaters, chalk quarries, technical and melioration canals, fire-fighting reservoirs, dams, dikes, locks, and other hydraulic structures located on the territory of the Gluboksky district.

Special designated and equipped places for swimming are located on lakes Mushkat, Beglets, Beloye, Aloyzberg, Okunevskoye, Bolshaya Plissa, Checheli, Ives, Moleno, where annual inspections of the beach and adjacent water area are conducted.

According to information from the Gluboksky District Department of the Investigative Committee, 3 cases of citizen drowning have already been registered in the Gluboksky district in the elapsed period of 2023.

Pay attention to the installed signs prohibiting swimming in bodies of water. Swimming in prohibited areas entails responsibility in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus. However, you alone are responsible for your own life and the lives of your children, remember this!
