3.12.1 Making a decision on the possibility of using an operated capital construction (building, structure) (hereinafter referred to as capital construction), an isolated premises, a parking space for its intended purpose in accordance with the unified classification of the purpose of real estate objects
3.12.2 Making a decision on the possibility of using a capital construction, an isolated premises or a parking space, a part of which has been destroyed, for its intended purpose in accordance with the unified classification of the purpose of real estate objects
3.12.3 Making a decision on the possibility of changing the purpose of a capital construction, an isolated premises, a parking space according to the unified classification of the purpose of real estate objects without carrying out construction and installation works
