First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Pertsov introduced the new Presidential Aide – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region, Vladimir Yurgevich, to the regional power vertical.

Vladimir Pertsov noted that the new Presidential Aide has good experience in the state apparatus and expressed confidence that his new perspective will help the region move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
In turn, Vladimir Yurgevich thanked for the trust and emphasized that he is ready for constructive interaction with local authorities. He plans to pay special attention to issues of public welfare.
For reference: Vladimir Yurgevich was born in 1970 in the village of Shavyoly, Ivye District, Grodno Region. In 2006, he graduated from the Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University. In 2013, he graduated from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus. Before his appointment, he worked as the Chairman of the Minsk District Executive Committee.
