Drunk and unlicensed drivers have no place on the road!

Under this slogan, the Traffic Police Department of the Public Security Police of the Glubokoye District Department of Internal Affairs is conducting a preventive event from December 31, 2022, to January 9, 2023, aimed at preventing road traffic accidents involving persons without a driver's license, as well as suppressing instances of driving vehicles while intoxicated.

Dear citizens, do not remain indifferent when you become aware that a vehicle is being driven by a driver under the influence of alcohol, or without a driver's license, or when you discover a "drunk" cyclist or pedestrian moving on the road, who has not identified themselves in accordance with traffic regulations. Please call "102", report their location, perhaps you will save someone's life and help avoid disaster for the family and loved ones of this person, and also prevent other road users from becoming perpetrators of harm to such a "poor cyclist" or "poor pedestrian". If for various reasons you do not want to "report" such a person, then no one forbids you to independently remove the driver from operating the vehicle, or to escort the cyclist or pedestrian to their place of residence or another safe location. By reacting, you will feel at ease, knowing that you have done everything you could to prevent disaster.

Such drivers are not deterred by "huge" fines and deprivation of driving privileges, nor by the most terrible consequences that may arise from their inadequate behavior on the roads, nor by the fear of becoming a criminal and losing their vehicles.
