Minibuses under special control!

The State Automobile Inspectorate will conduct a preventive event from October 14 to October 22 to improve the safety of passenger transportation by route minibuses in regular intercity and suburban services.

The main goal is to prevent violations committed by drivers of such transport and by officials of carriers.

Traffic police patrols across the country will monitor compliance with the Traffic Rules and passenger transportation regulations. Traffic police officers will focus on preventing the operation of faulty vehicles, exceeding speed limits, maneuvering and overtaking rules, running red lights, and transporting passengers not wearing seat belts.

In case of violations related to the admission of drivers and faulty vehicles to passenger transportation, administrative measures will be applied to the heads of business entities.
