On July 2, 2026, as part of the republican campaign dedicated to the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus, notaries of the Vitebsk Notarial District will provide free consultations to citizens on issues related to the performance of notarial acts.

Throughout the day, all interested persons can personally contact any notary office in the Vitebsk region and receive a notary's consultation on matters of inheritance, wills, property division, marriage contracts, real estate donation agreements, the performance of executive inscriptions, and other issues within the notary's competence.
