Citizen reception: Deputy Anatoly Sivko solves problems of Glubokoye residents

Five residents of the district attended the meeting, each raising important issues concerning their daily lives and the improvement of the territory.

Citizens' Issues

One of the issues concerned the problem of flooding of a land plot on 3rd of July Street in the town of Glubokoye. A woman explained that her neighbor had dug a ditch on the border of his land plot, which led to drainage problems on the applicant's plot. This situation requires attention, as the comfort of living and the preservation of property depend on the proper arrangement of the drainage system.

Another resident of the district expressed concern about the insufficient capacity of buses running between the settlements of Glubokoye and Plisa. He noted that the problem is not so much the increase in passenger traffic as the small number of seats on public transport. This issue also requires consideration to ensure comfortable travel for the region's residents.

Another problem was related to land document registration and the actions of neighbors. The applicant reported that difficulties arose when registering documents for the plot, and also encountered a situation where a neighbor erected a tall, solid fence that obstructs the view from the window. These issues require careful consideration and possible resolution through legal mechanisms.

The head of one of the public organizations requested financial assistance for the purchase of materials to repair infrastructure facilities such as gazebos, bridges, and ecological trails. However, the deputy had to explain that budgetary funds are not provided for such purposes and suggested that the citizen seek other ways to attract resources, including attracting sponsors and interested parties.

The last issue was raised by a resident whose house and property were damaged due to flooding of the area caused by an overflowing storm drain. During the discussion of this problem, the deputy discussed the situation with the director of the Glubokoye Housing and Communal Services, and it was decided to take measures to deepen and widen the storm drain to prevent similar situations from recurring.
