Preventive event "Novice behind the wheel: safety first!"

On April 15, 2026, the preventive event "Novice Driver: Safety First!" will start in the Glubokoe district.
Every year, more and more young drivers appear on the roads. Unfortunately, lack of experience and overconfidence often lead to tragedies.
The Traffic Police Department of the Public Security Militia of the Glubokoe District Department of Internal Affairs is sounding the alarm: since the beginning of 2026, 4 traffic accidents involving underage drivers have been registered in the Vitebsk region. As a result of these accidents, 4 children sustained bodily injuries.
The goal of the event is to remind both parents and young drivers of a simple truth: a vehicle is not a toy, but a source of increased danger.
